Extended Sizes - Adjustable Spreader Beams |

Caldwell standard model 32 spreader beams are now available in capacities up to 40 tons! Due to demand for larger standard sizes, we have increased our offering to include 12 new sizes. Our offering now ranges from 2 to 40 tons with spreads up to 20’. Telescoping adjustment on 12-inch increments gives you the flexibility you need to handle a wide range of loads. Top rigging is available in either chain or wire rope. Custom sizes are available. Conforms to ASME B30.20 and BTH-1 standards.

You have come to rely on Caldwell standard products to fit your lifting needs, but did you know we have a fully staffed application and engineering department available to custom design lifting solutions on demand. Our heavy-duty beam grab has special features designed to allow for efficient handling of wide beam sections and bridge girders. Custom designed for your application, our hooks assure proper contact to the beam flange or girder. Our lifters are designed to conform with stringent ASME B30.20 and BTH-1 standards. Our standard line of Model F beam grabs consists of 4 sizes - 5, 15, 25 and 35-ton capacities, but if that doesn't fit your needs, we can design and build a lifter that will.

High Capacity Lifting Beams - Model 20 HC |

In response to recent demand for Model 20 Lifting Beams with capacities larger than we chart as standard, we have created a group of 9 standard high-capacity Model 20 HC lifting beams to help fill the demand for these units while improving delivery times. Delivery time have improved from 9 weeks after receipt of order to 3 weeks after receipt of order. These beams come standard with three spreads, lifting shackles, build in stands, and pin bail.

20 Ton Sheet Lifter |
|
Caldwell’s new model 60M Motorized Heavy Duty Sheet Lifter easily handles bundles, sheets, plates and other materials stacked horizontally. The 60M features low headroom design for optimum lifting capabilities. The standard 460-volt motorized leg adjustment provides efficient one-person operation. Other standard features include rack and pinion leg drive with a self-locking worm. Optional features include end chains with plate hooks, extended grab shoe lengths, and longer legs to increase load clearance. All Caldwell Sheet Lifters are designed and manufactured to ASME standards.

Adjustable Load Lifters - Model 90ACL |
|
Caldwell’s New Adjustable Load lifter works for a wide range of loads including pallets, panels, bundles, and much more. The adjustability of the lifter is what makes it so versatile.
The Lifting Bail can be adjusted to the correct center of gravity you need, and then it will automatically return home to allow the lifter to stay level when you move to the next lift. The Throat Opening can be adjusted to fit the load allowing you to easily clear any obstacles and you can adjust the forks as needed to fit your specific load.

Adjustable Four Point Lifting Beam |

The Model 27SD is a standardized adjustable four point lifting beam. There are three different sizes available. The 3 ton unit has a main beam spread of 80” with a cross arm spread of 60”. The 5 ton unit has a main beam spread of 120” with a cross arm spread of 96”. The 10 ton unit has a main beam spread of 144” with cross arm spread of 96”. Each unit has different adjustment points along each spread to fit a wide range of applications.

Rig-Release™ Adder Options |
|
The success of our Rig-Release™ Remote Releasing Hook has led us to many new applications. Users of the Rig-Release™ have come to us with specific needs that helped us develop the following additional options.
Option 1 - Upward Pull
For applications when the hook is below the operator and an upward pull of the rope lanyard is required. This option makes Caldwell’s Rig-Release™ an even more versatile tool. Available only on manual release units.
Option 2 - Protective Coating
The Rig-Release™ hook is coated with a protective coating of zinc dichromate. This option is available on all models and capacities.
Option 3 - Low Profile, Direct Connect
The Low Profile, Direct Connect option allows the Rig-Release™ to be attached closer to the load then our standard model. With this option the Rig-Release™ can be directly attached to the load* without the use of a sling because the strip sling hook and lug have been removed. The Low Profile, Direct Connect Option is available on all models and capacities.

The patented new concrete Pipe Pick™ is a quicker, safer and cleaner way of handling precast concrete pipe.
Simple and fast
• No need to reach inside the pipe
• Worker remains above the pipe at all times
• Conforms to applicable standards so you are in compliance with OSHA
Simply insert the Pipe Pick™ into the lifting hole in the pipe—tilt—to engage the beveled edge—and lift up! You can now lift and set the pipe. Once the pipe is set, lower the Pipe Pick™; the counterweighted lift arm automatically falls straight and the Pipe Pick™ can be removed from the pipe.
